Robert Glazer

Managing Partner

Rob is the managing partner at ripe Chartered Accountants and the owner of Ripe for Growth.

He qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO in the eighties before heading off to look for some industry experience in the publishing sector with Random House. He then joined Glazers Chartered Accountants to work on a large portfolio and help businesses with compliance and advisory services, introducing  best practice solutions such as Investors in People and ISO 9001. Rob became the Managing Partner at Glazers in 1997. In 2007 Rob left Glazers to establish ripe. And he’s never looked back!

Rob continued to develop his interest in management and facilitation by joining Mindshop – the international business consultancy, becoming part of an extensive network of world class business coaches and mentors. And he is also a dedicated member of the Sandler Sales continuous group learning programme.

Rob has been a board member of local education charity for over 20 years and recently became joint-chair.

When not helping business leaders develop their careers and their businesses, Rob loves being with his family, watching Manchester United, reading, and listening to music. He also an avid Pilates enthusiast.
